That said, in my experience as a real estate broker in ME, NH & MA, I've also found that providing the very best service is essentially about putting my clients first. This means keeping myself accessible, being a good listener as well as a good communicator, and responding quickly to your needs.  Sometimes that also means telling clients the truth that they really don't want to hear.  I work for you! 

With 20+ years of experience in all phases of Real estate and Construction, I have seen and learned much along the way.  With a shrewd and realistic business acumen, I am sure to be an important asset when it comes to making one of the most important financial decisions of your life.  I will guide you whether it be a traditional sale, investment, new construction or a vacation home.  I have built and rehabbed over 30 homes for myself and for clients.  I bring my passion and keen sense of design to the transaction and with that, the ability to increase my clients' bottom line when selling their home.

This "client first" philosophy has always been my approach and it requires me to continually improve my skills and ways of doing business. In addition, I've found that the latest technologies are enabling me to do everything I've always done, only much quicker and efficiently. They've also helped me to extend the range of services I provide to my clients.
